I cannot say enough about the incredible service we received from Patrick O'Conner. He went many extra miles on behalf of our dad, my sister and me. My sister is in Sacramento, and I am in Southeastern Ariona, so everything was done remotely. The house was built in the 1960s and was not in the best of shape as my 93-year-old father had not had the ability to keep up with a lot of the needed repairs and upgrades due to my mother's lengthy illness. Patrick provided sage advice based on his many years of experience and the depth and breadth of his knowledge of the market. We relied upon him fully for anything we needed to do to make the house as marketable as possible. And Patrick took the time to let the cleaning team in, the contractors needed to finish emptying the house, and for two repair estimates. Patrick also assisted us with finding an excellent attorney to handle the final sale and closing. Ultimately, my dad was very pleased with the amount the house sold for. We give all the credit to Patrick, and to my sister for finding him. His excellent reviews made it an easy choice.
